Inside the Exhibition Centre, you can find bars (in every hall), restaurants (self-service and à la carte in Hall D, a Pizza House in Hall A3, and Indian food in Hall B3).

Yes, paid visitor parking areas are available. Payment machines are located at the North and South entrances, outside the turnstiles. Please note: parking is free of charge on Tuesday.

The participation fee for Expo Riva Schuh and Gardabags is designed to provide a comprehensive package covering all the essentials of your exhibition experience. It includes:

• Space and venue services: use of the exhibition area, cleaning of common areas, electricity (up to 3 kW), heating, general security, and first aid services.
• Visibility and branding: inclusion in the official Visitor’s Guide, stand numbering, and personalized signage indicating your production type.
• Digital tools (Expo Riva Schuh and Gardabags App): a dedicated account to manage your online profile, upload your product catalogue (up to 48 images), access matchmaking features (calendar and meetings), and download visitor data via QR code scanning.
• Logistics and support: exhibitor passes for your staff, Wi-Fi access, dedicated secretariat services, and third-party liability insurance.

No, leafleting is prohibited outside your own stand, as per art. 14 of the General Regulations.

Yes, collective transfers are provided from the main airports in Northern Italy and from Rovereto train station. All information is available here. 

A free urban shuttle service is available, connecting the Exhibition Centre with the city centre and the circuit hotels. Check out the dedicated page.
