Starting from 2017, the topic of internationalisation - the distinctive feature and main objective of the event - has found its maximum expression in Around The World, the business-oriented format that brings Expo Riva Schuh and Gardabags throughout the   world and brings the world to Expo Riva Schuh and Gardabags. 

An itinerary of national and international appointments designed to strengthen the identity of the fair, favour industry know-how, and encourage relations between operators while narrating the past, present and future of millions of bags,  shoes and accessories.

Around The World is an initiative made possible by a wide network of relations involving authoritative partners such as MAECI (Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and ITA (Italian Trade Agency). Synergies with associations, organisations and international institutions in the sector have proved crucial over the years; together with Expo Riva Schuh and Gardabags, they explore the market, collect successful case histories, initiate discussions and involve the community of professionals, nurturing a dynamic and innovative platform that looks to the future of the footwear and leather goods industry.
