Enrico Cietta President

Enrico Cietta is an economist who graduated from Bocconi University in Milan and holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Victoria University of Manchester. In 1998, he founded Diomedea, a strategic consulting and market intelligence firm specializing in the fashion, footwear, and creative consumer goods industries.

He is a leading expert in fashion economics and the creator of the HCP (Hybrid Creative Products) theory, an interpretative model applied to business models, creative processes, and innovation in manufacturing industries. Over the past 25 years, he has collaborated with companies, trade associations, and institutions across Europe and Latin America, supporting international growth, business model innovation, and market transformation.

In 2014, he founded Diomedea Brasil, which has provided consulting services to over 170 fashion and footwear companies and has partnered with trade associations and enterprises in Brazil’s primary footwear and leather goods manufacturing clusters.

He has published several books, taught at prestigious universities and business schools, and served as a keynote speaker at international events across Europe, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East.

Since 2020, he has served as the Chairman of the Scientific Committee for Expo Riva Schuh ang Gardabags.
