Request for Invitation Letter

International participants of Expo Riva Schuh & Gardabags who require an official letter of invitation to support their Visa application should submit their request by filling out the 'Invitation Letter Template' form available on  this page.

Our team will only process requests received by email at buyers@exporivaschuh.it which include:

• fully filled out 'Invitation Letter Template' application form (personal data, company data, passport number, accommodation information, city of the Embassy where the Visa application will be submitted);
• company presentation and link to its website;
• certificate issued by the Chamber of Commerce attesting to the relevance of the company's business activity with respect to the product sectors of Expo Riva Schuh & Gardabags;
• copy of the applicant's passport.
  

Should the request be evaluated positively, we will send a confirmation e-mail with the necessary documents within 72 working hours. Based on the data provided, only one Official Letter of Invitation will be issued. Changes will be made according  to availability,  with no guarantee on timing. 

The fee for the technical handling of the visa letter is €50.00 + VAT (if due) per person and includes:

• documents verification,
• company audits, 
• the issue of the invitation letter.

This amount can only be paid by credit card via a secure payment link, which has to be used within seven days. 

Please note that the issuance of the visa is at the discretion of the relevant authorities.

Please note that Riva del Garda Fierecongressi SpA is in no position to facilitate the issuing of Visas, therefore it is not the responsibility of Riva del Garda Fierecongressi SpA to contact Italian Embassies or Consulates to support individual applications.
