EXPO RIVA SCHUH & GARDABAGS, THE BUSINESS-LEISURE SOUL OF FASHION RETAIL

Organised for many years by Riva del Garda Fierecongressi SpA, Expo Riva Schuh represents the point of reference for the world of footwear and accessories, recognised by the greatest global production hubs as an ideal meeting platform for the main  players on the international market. In the setting of Lake Garda, Expo Riva Schuh & Gardabags offers a format which highlights the best features of the territory, suggesting a different way to experience business: through meetings and exchanges  with a business-leisure soul. And right in the heart of the event is where Fierecongressi, in collaboration with Blum and Retail-hub, will create Expo Riva Schuh Innovation Village Retail, an exhibition area dedicated to  Start-ups and innovation where the best innovation in the sector will be awarded.

«The aim is to help new entrepreneurs who contribute to innovation in the footwear sector to swiftly make contact with industrial partners capable of bringing them to market», explains Alessandra Albarelli, General Manager of Riva del Garda Fierecongressi. «For  this sector the innovative drive of these companies is really its life blood, essential to keep up with the needs of a global market in constant evolution».

A VILLAGE FOR INNOVATION

Innovations (products or services) can be nominated in all areas related to management, product movement, sales data analysis for strategy, creation and relationship management for B2B and B2C clients.

All Start-ups based in the European Union can take part, founded no earlier than 2016, which offer innovative solutions with applications in the fashion sector and specifically in the footwear, accessories and leatherware segments. To participate  you need to fill in the form published on the event website (exporivaschuh.it)  by 6pm on 3rd December 2021. By 15th December 2021 a technical commission will select finalists for the award among the Start-ups, who  are called to exhibit their services and products within Expo Riva Schuh & Gardabags throughout the whole event. In the course of the event each of the Start-up finalists will pitch and present to the jury and to the public. Each finalist will also have a guaranteed virtual display on the digital platform of the fair, as well as a dedicated article in the  official magazine of the event.
