The Exhibitor is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of all information provided to the Organizer. Such comprehensive and accurate information is essential for the Organizer to appropriately assess the Exhibitor's profile during the admission process.

The Organizer reserves the absolute right to verify the compliance of the Exhibitor's products and the accuracy of the information provided. In the event that any irregularities or discrepancies are identified, the Organizer may, at its sole discretion, immediately exclude the Exhibitor from the Exhibition. In such cases, the excluded Exhibitor shall not be entitled to any refund or compensation and shall bear full liability for any false, inaccurate, or incomplete declarations made to the Organizer.

A Represented Company is a business entity whose products and/or brands are displayed or promoted within the exhibition space of an officially registered Exhibitor, based on a formal representation agreement.

Such companies are not direct participants in the event and may not be present with their own staff, but are showcased exclusively through the Exhibitor’s stand.

The representation must be authorized in advance by the Organiser, upon submission of all required documentation, including company details, tax information, and proof of the representation mandate.
